The lobby is very grand and has the characteristics of Shangri-La Fan Yuwen and Jinyu at the front desk are particularly enthusiastic and polite. Manager Guo Nannan and Tang Yue are friendly and smiling. The concierge in red clothes in the lobby also took the initiative to provide me with services. The environment is good. I came here for the service. It’s quite hard. Thumbs up for these young kids!

the location of the hotel is very good. the front desk staff , Pang Ying was very friendly, kind and helpful. she helped us many times during our stay. there is a nearby food street, shopping malls and lots of convenient stores.

The details and services are pretty good, and you get welcome fruit when you check in. We went there for lunch in the afternoon. Even though it was a weekend, there weren’t many people. Butler is patient and attentive The swimming pool is sufficient and the children have a lot of fun. You can make tea by the fire in the lounge hall The breakfast buffet is also relatively complete, the space is large enough, and the taste is good. I will go there again.

Very nice hotel situated right next to a subway station. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say if It's good.

Check in was longer and with problems. The staff do not find the reservation. I showed my booking from ctrip. But they didn't believe. This is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Inadequate staff. The WC doesn't.work good. There are no power outlets on the side of the bed. The room was spacious and nice.

The furnishings seemed a little old but they were clean and the service was fine. The location is great. The breakfast was only okay. The big selling point of this hotel is the location. Short walk from a subway, South lake park and Gulin lu. If the refurbished and put some more care I to the breakfast this hotel would be well above the standard.
