Overall, it was very good in all aspects. The environment was clean, tidy, and odor-free. When I mentioned a problem with the air conditioning, someone came to fix it within two minutes. It was also very warm; I didn't feel cold even without the air conditioning at night. Most importantly, it's very close to various shopping malls, making it convenient to go out for a walk or buy something to eat in the evening. The service was very attentive.

This Atour Hotel boasts a fantastic location and incredible views. The room was incredibly spacious, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful. The exterior glass walls were impeccably clean, offering crystal-clear views, and I even got to watch the sunrise right from my bed. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, a delightful fusion of both Chinese and Western dishes – you'll definitely leave feeling completely satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located near 'Zhe You Shan', the former Changchun Film Studio, Tram Line 54, and Nanhu Park. Finally, I must commend the hotel's service; the staff were always smiling and communication was seamless – truly fantastic!

I chatted with tourists from Guangdong and Henan about their travel experiences, shared off-the-beaten-path tips, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. I had a fantastic stay. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.

AAnonymous User第一次來長春，被户外零下十幾度冷壞了，但是又被亞朵的服務温暖到了，前台小姐姐温暖甜美服務那叫一個有問必答😙壞境乾淨整潔就不用説了，而且告知我睡眠不好，特意給我安排了安靜的房間，一夜好眠！尤其一直沒有見面的帥哥經理，更是個大暖男，告知早上趕飛機，中午吃完都下午三點了，所以晚餐就不餓沒吃，本來的夜宵是九點半的，特意給我提前下了小混沌蒸了包子！太暖心啦！所以本來準備住一晚的，又續了兩晚！以後來長春也鎖死這家店啦！

MM53355****I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room upon check-in. The room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, offering incredible value for money. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a hundred meters walk to the subway station, making it super convenient for sightseeing or daily commutes. Overall, our experience was perfect!

All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

On our first night my card couldn’t work so my husband went to the counter to settle the card issue while I outside my room. While waiting I saw someone sneakily try to take a photo of me but when I chase out the person escaped via the fire exit stairwell. The experience creeps me out. If it’s a staff trying to check why I was wandering outside the room he or she could have come to clarify with me, not sneakily take a photo or video of me at the corner without showing the face. But if it’s not a staff that’s doing that then something is wrong with the hotel security

- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Aside from the underfloor heating being a bit too warm and the soundproofing not being great, everything else was good. It was also very convenient for getting to all the attractions. GGuest UserAs expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, Changchun Shangri-La's service and facilities are impeccable! The hotel is located in the city center, and the free underground parking is incredibly convenient, making self-driving stress-free. The king room I stayed in had an amazing view, offering a panoramic cityscape from a high floor. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the room was so quiet that even someone who struggles to sleep in new places had a full night's rest. The heated pool at the health club had clean water, and the gym was well-equipped, allowing me to relax and unwind during my trip. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic throughout, paying attention to every detail. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Changchun!

However, the in-room facilities are definitely outdated, and the TV isn't a smart one. The cleanliness was generally acceptable, but there was some dust in the corners. Soundproofing isn't great, as I could hear conversations in the hallway in the morning. Considering the price and location, it's a pretty standard option.
