I passed by Changde on a self-driving tour. I booked this hotel after seeing many good reviews online. To be honest, the front desk service was very good, and sometimes they even gave me small gifts, but! ! ! ! The sanitation of the hotel room really needs attention. There was a faint smell of cigarettes inside, the sound insulation was not good, it was close to the roadside, and the room walls were very dirty, which really affected my mood. When I woke up in the morning, I found that my child and I had small red spots on our bodies. Alas, the service was very good, parking was convenient, and it was within walking distance of the big and small river streets. The sanitation was really bad. A hotel of more than 600 yuan felt worse than one or two hundred yuan. It may also be that the price increased during the May Day holiday. There is a rice noodle shop opposite the hotel that is delicious.

Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
