我明明訂的大床房 給我換成標間還沒跟我説 打電話到前台問怎麼回事 就説沒房了 你到底住不住 還説這個標間兩個床其實更貴 我佔便宜了 我真服了 又不是我要你換的而且我一個人睡要你這個多的床發癲啊 新年的第一個差評就給你們家 早日倒閉吧

很離譜，換了兩個房間才能吹空調。保潔大媽服務也不好，不會用遙控器就別讓她上來啊還浪費別人時間💢還説什麼不吹空調就行你看看現在這個季節你酒店又悶不吹空調你看熱不熱😅😅😅😅
