My stay at the Ligao 1919 Lakeside Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a prime location next to the Chuanzi River, and the staff were friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, I felt very comfortable. Unlike traditional business hotels, the breakfast selection was limited, but the rice noodles were delicious. Overall, it's worth the price, and the staff service was a huge plus.

I drove to Changde with friends this weekend, primarily aiming for two things: a live performance of "Peach Blossom Spring" and a stay at the Ligao 1919 Hotel. As soon as I arrived in Changde that morning, I received a call from the hotel. They proactively added me on WeChat and sent me their exact location. Upon arrival, a housekeeper came out to greet me and helped with my luggage. The attention to detail was exceptional! The biggest surprise was the front desk's complimentary upgrade. I already loved my original room, but the upgraded suite was a thousand times better than I expected! The room was beautifully appointed and furnished, with everything I needed. There were L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, a Lifen hair dryer, a perfectly firm mattress, and the room was incredibly quiet! A complimentary afternoon tea set worth 128 RMB was included with the room, and the plates were beautiful! When I returned to the hotel that evening, I was also greeted with sweet yellow peaches and goodnight fruit! The next day's breakfast was the most thoughtful I've ever experienced. We slept soundly until 10 a.m. The beef noodles were incredibly delicious, even better than at Hexiang Noodle House! Every detail of the hotel, including the lobby, reception, atrium, staircases, corridors, and cafe, exudes taste and high-quality aesthetics. I'll be back in Changde and at Ligao 1919 again. I look forward to seeing you again!

From the architecture to the interiors, the furnishings, the hotel is meticulously appointed. We stayed there for two days, and while Changde was drizzling, I felt a sense of comfort and ease upon returning from my outing, like retreating into a small building and becoming one with the world. The redbud blossoms, dripping with raindrops, peeked against the wooden windows, a truly captivating sight.
