This is the first time I give a negative review. I usually book hotels for family trips. This time I spent 220 yuan to stay in this hotel. I am really dissatisfied.
1. There are no windows, no outside view, no lights on, it’s pitch black, and there’s no sunlight in this 220 yuan hotel on the edge of Liuye Lake. I really can’t understand that I’m bringing a child under three years old here to stay. Yes, it’s too depressing, see picture 1.
2. There was a large stain on the sofa in the room. This is the first time I have seen a hotel with such poor hygiene. I have never seen such poor hygiene in any hotel I have stayed in in the county. See picture 2.
3. I really don’t want to give it a single star.

The room is large and very clean. Especially the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. I highly recommend it. My husband said he would stay here next time he goes to Changde. And it’s close to many tourist attractions

I checked into Starway Hotel after reading the good reviews from Dacong. After checking in, I felt that this is a very cost-effective hotel with good service, good environment, and comfortable rooms. I am quite satisfied with it and the price is cheap. Highly recommended [ strong][strong][strong]

酒店位置好，到大小河街，德國小鎮，柳葉湖景區都不遠。酒店客房乾淨衞生，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水來得很快，洗浴舒適。各種用品都較新，床墊睡覺感覺很舒適。酒店旁邊有超市，購物方便。停車場就在酒店門前，停車位多。

寒假帶娃出行，對比大小河街周邊酒店後選擇了星呈酒店，位置非常棒步行都可以到柳葉湖，離大小河街，卡樂星球等景點都很近。房間空間很大，停車位非常充裕，衞生服務也很好。這個價格簡直無可挑剔。早餐還是孩子們最愛的肯德基🍟
下次來常德還是會選擇星呈酒店。

我住的是雙標，打開門走進房間，自動窗簾自動敞開，給人一種很高級的感覺。房間非常寬敞，衞生很乾凈，環境好，服務員非常熱情，關鍵價錢又不貴，酒店設施硬件設備不錯，性價比很高。
