Two things: 1. The shower water was not hot. The temperature was 30℃ that day, and the room had an air conditioner on. However, the shower water was always around 37-38℃, and it felt very cold when I took a shower. I communicated with the front desk several times, and the front desk said that the engineering department had adjusted the water temperature, but after taking a shower for a long time, my wife took a shower later, and the water was still not hot. As a result, we felt very cold when we took a shower. 2. When we checked in that night, the front desk asked us not to open the window. As soon as I entered the room, I checked that the window was closed, but there was a strong wind in the morning, which blew the window open, forming a pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, causing the door to keep ringing, which affected my rest. Figure 1 shows that I took a long shower, but the hot water did not come. The video shows the door ringing early in the morning. I booked two rooms that night, and both rooms had the above two problems at the same time.

The front desk staff is too busy, there are too few front desk staff, and more staff are needed. The queue is very long, and you have to queue with your luggage. The area around the hotel is very empty, and you have to run a long way to eat. The hotel facilities are great, and the price of three stars is five-star.

酒店離高速出口很近，開車六分鐘的樣子，周圍很僻靜，車少好開就是晚上路上沒路燈，前台小湯服務意識強，態度也好，酒店地面停車場車位不少，離大小河步行街開車半小時的路程，可以去那裡吃湘菜
