The gym was huge and great for a workout, the mini bar is extra charge. There might be some smoking in the hotel, and the breakfast is average.

洗手間地面不防滑，裝修的材料，色彩搭配，裝修質量極一般，與一進入大堂的富麗堂皇的感覺相差太大。地毯顯臟。早餐8：50好多菜品已空，取了兩塊米糕都被泡糟了。麪點不熱。衞生打掃不仔細。

這次住的酒店真的超滿意！在網上訂房時看圖片就覺得乾淨敞亮，到店後發現實物和照片一模一樣。酒店環境特別好，一進門就能聞到淡淡的清香，大堂布置得寬敞又温馨，房間裏設施特別全乎，空調、電視、吹風機都有，連小冰箱都配備了。床品乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，晚上睡覺特別踏實。衞生間沒有一點水漬，馬桶、淋浴間都擦得鋥亮，住着特別安心，最讓人感動的是服務，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，工作人員態度都特別好。我忘帶充電器，打電話到前台，沒幾分鐘就送來了。早餐種類也不少，粥、包子、米粉都有，味道家常又可口。以後來這邊，肯定還選這家！

酒店離沅江不遠。網上標的是五星級。看樣子也是五星級。但是酒店很舊了。房間的佈局感彆扭，設施都很舊。所以説看起來衞生很一般。登記的時候和退房的時候。前台的服務一般甚至有點差。沒有規範的接待和禮貌用語，服務人員面無表情。但是在借傘的時候前台的服務人員有規範服務和禮貌用語。交通便利停車方便，整體上的服務水平達不到五星級。説明酒店的管理不到位。早餐沒有麪條。品種不多。價位是328。但是在前一天湖北荊州的華美達酒店，同樣的五星級酒店，價格是318。但是衞生、條件丶設施、服務都相差了很大。總的來説入住體驗一般般。
