設施：很好
衞生：細節有待加強，但是昨天晚上的阿姨很熱情服務主動，喝茶要了水主動送到房間感受很好，所以還是給了好評。
環境：很好
服務：從入門到退房的自助制卡退房確實很快捷方便，機器人送東西也很安全，但是給我最好的感覺還是晚上送水阿姨的熱情和微笑讓我很温暖。
整體體驗都很好。

一進房間就看到地上一顆吃了吐掉的糖，接着去廁所看見馬桶旁邊一根私隱部位的毛，跟前台反映換了間房，結果洗澡時看到洗澡間有更多私隱部位的毛，地上全是水垢，但是很容易刷掉的那種，給我感覺打掃衞生就沒刷，隨便沖了下，看了心裏直犯惡心。隔音效果也超級不好，晚上十一點鐘上床睡覺，結果被十一二點回房間的人在走廊吵醒，聲音不是一點，早上五點多隔壁房間一放水，我們房間水龍頭就跟着響，早上起來了，起大風，門吹得哐當哐當響，又吵又嚇人，換房時客房服務員的態度也是不以為然，這是我住過同價位衞生條件最差的酒店，這也是忍不住的第一次差評！！！

酒店位置很好，距離要去的地方挺近的。附近有水果店、超市、葯房，買點水果之類的還是比較方便。房間面積有那麼大，還有沙發和小圓桌、小冰箱和飲用水。早餐品種也比較豐富，餐飲時間也比較長，7點到9：30。洗衣房能自助免費洗衣、烘乾，這點也非常好。最初預訂了兩晚，後來又續住了兩晚。美中不足的是有某個房間客人抽煙，走廊裏都有煙味，把走廊盡頭窗户打開才好點。

這已經是我第二次入駐這家酒店，去年住的時候體驗很不錯，今年毫不猶豫繼續訂。員工服務熱情周到，很細心。酒店設施完備，有自動清洗烘乾設備，房間內馬桶圈自動加熱，冬季用起來很舒服，體驗感很好。
對了，該酒店的早餐也很贊，尤其是常德米粉

凌晨兩點半左右才到酒店，超想倒頭就睡，前台熱心的幫忙搬行李，為孩子們準備了小童用品。
房間很舒適，統一的暖色調，燈光、木質櫃子、桌子。趕回來過春節剛好下雨，這天氣最適合窩在被窩裡美美的睡一覺。
