I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

非常不錯，洗漱用品、剃鬚、洗衣液、飲用水等出差、旅遊在外需要的用品基本都齊全了，來訪朋友或者商務洽談都可以到大堂，安靜、現磨咖啡、茶都是免費。大堂及保潔服務工作人員態度和藹可親，簡直是：想人所想、及人所及的一家温馨的酒店！下次出行一定還會選擇！

一家人出行，還帶着小狗，先和前台聯繫，留了兩間儘量不打擾其他客人，遠離電梯的房間，房間大小合適，收拾得特別乾淨，車就停在酒店外，方便。周圍美食也多，很滿意。

服務區別對待希望客户通過華住會小程序來下單酒店，每次入住會問你有沒有他們的會員，如果沒有就會辦會員，我已經是他們的銀卡會員了。衹是平時住的華住會酒店比較少，我希望積分能夠在攜程會更有用一點，房間的床墊酒精濕巾冰箱都沒了，上次住的時候房間就有，因為告訴前台我已經是銀卡了，這次我沒有説，這個房間就沒有，我不知道是有意還是無意的，在入住時前台和我説，您這個房間比較小，我不明白我有什麼地方得罪了前台嗎

寵物友好上大分！！
難得有寵物友好的全季，沒有清潔費，沒有亂七八糟的要求，一整個友好～攜寵出行不易，也請各位家長一起維護好房間衞生呀～
另外整個酒店服務人員都很熱情友好，特別是21樓洗衣房遇到的保潔阿姨，看我們等烘乾時間長，主動幫我們把烘乾的衣服一件件疊好送去房間，超級感謝～！
