酒店服務熱情，解決問題及時，一進大廳就有工作人員遞水，辦理入住也很細緻，會詢問想要哪邊的房間，朝小區的會安靜些但是白天當西曬，朝馬路可能會有點聲音，但是風景好，一眼就能看到高鐵站，景色還是很不錯的，我覺得樓層高聲音也還好，整體感覺還是很不錯的，下次來常德旅遊應該還會住這邊

房間乾淨，面積也比較大，天下桔子都長一個樣，有熟悉的感覺，連鎖酒店讓人很安心，早餐也是桔子的標準很豐富，特別是常德牛肉麪非常好吃，比較符合個人口味，下次出差應該還會在這邊入住，整體還是比較推薦滴～
