The hotel is tucked away in the Liuye Lake Resort area, within Daxiaohe Street. It's a designer hotel that opened in 2023, featuring retro red brick buildings alongside bluestone streets. Open the window and you're greeted with a stunning lake view that blends with the sky. Every photo taken here looks like a民國 (Republic of China era) blockbuster – it's super photogenic! 📸 What truly impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail! Even the carpet on the second-floor staircase was neatly secured with metal strips, and the edges were perfectly finished. From the soft furnishings to the hardscaping, everything exuded sophistication. You can feel the immense care put into its upkeep, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay.~ Our balcony view room was absolutely stunning! Stepping out, you're on a massive balcony with direct lake views. Not only that, but we could clearly see the live performances from the second floor. Watching the show with the lake breeze in the evening – the ambiance was incredible, and it was such a delightful surprise! 🌊 For those with kids, the breakfast is a must-try! The variety of main dishes is super rich, with a choice of noodles, pastries, and more. The portions are generous and delicious, and the kids ate their fill, so we didn't have to worry about breakfast at all. ~ The hotel is generally child-friendly, with a quiet and safe environment. With its retro courtyard and beautiful lake scenery, it's perfect for family outings, holidays, or even just for taking photos. The first time I lived at home, it was much better than the Hanting and oranges in Changde before. The main reason was that the hair dryer was very easy to use. It was Suifen. Some hotel hair dryers in Huazhuhui were old-fashioned. I didn’t like it. The hair was dry and slow, but it was very good at home. It was also delayed until 3 pm. The Hotel, service and amenities were great. The food was good and plentiful. A special thanks to Li Y on reception who went above normal assistance to help us enjoy our stay with help and getting transport. The Daxiaohe St and River Sts were fantastic and friendly.

A very good hotel, highly recommended. Great location, great food and entertainment options nearby. Excellent service, we plan to stay for a month or two next time.

1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! This is the second time I have stayed at the all-season hotel with my family. Good location, very close to the community where my brother lives. There are supermarkets and powder restaurants next to it, shopping and eating beef noodles are very convenient. The room is large in size, that is, some scratch marks on the sofa and cushion may have been left by the children before. The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming. On January 5, the ticket was changed to the afternoon departure due to the itinerary. I went to the front desk to ask if I could check out until two o'clock. The beauty at the front desk, yiiu, helped to do it without saying anything, and solved the worries of the future. Thank you very much. There is also a laundry room on the third floor. I estimate that the clothes are almost washed and ready to be taken and dried in the dryer. When I go to see that the clothes are dried in the dryer, I am very grateful to the unknown staff. Next time I come to Changde with my family, I will choose the all-season hotel.

Good, cost-effective

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

This place was recommended by a friend, and it was even better than expected! The room was spacious and came with a bathtub. They even provided disposable tub liners and toilet seat covers, which was super thoughtful, especially since we could bathe the baby. The hotel is located in the River Street scenic area, so you can just step out and go shopping. It gets really lively at night. Parking at the scenic area's parking lot was very convenient. The hotel itself is also beautiful, and the staff were very friendly, making it a great spot for photos!
