這個酒店的服務沒得説，所有服務人員都很有服務意識，經理解決問題非常給力，提的意見建議很快就給落實，主打一個聽勸！！酒店裝修非常好，連地板都是定製的海洋主題畫，還有很多娛樂設施，桌球、麻將機、桌遊、電影院，房間不大但很温馨，吃飯是自助餐形式的，廚師做的也很好吃。唯一缺憾就是不能海鮮自由，要想吃爽還是得自己去市場買，畢竟餐費有限。

房間有特色，服務特別到位，有港口接送服務，小夥子人很好，很耐心，很熱情。廚師長也很熱情，幫我加工釣的魚，還送湯給我們。整體環境人都很好

真的很不錯 完全超出預期 服務非常好 叢經理到司機小哥全部都超級熱情友好 自助餐更是超出想象 基本上不用去島上別的地方吃飯了 房間很乾凈被品不低於五星酒店 躺下都能能聞到被子香香的味道 釣魚服務更是不用説了 一站俱全 免費的棋牌室桌球廳 一度懷疑老闆會賠錢 感覺是目前島上最好的酒店了 去哪基本上就是説話就行 全程車接車送 買個褲子都有人陪同 無敵了

酒店挺好的，到哪都是接送，有專車一樣，服務特別好，還給照相，吃的也很不錯。尤其是司機小哥大大的點贊。酒店內設施完善，特別好。
