中肯的評價一下,這是一家個人家改造的小民宿，老闆一家熱情，不提供餐食，提供公共廚房，物品齊全，買東西打車去買回來可以自己做。衞生情況室內打掃的挺乾淨的，公共區域就很一般了，老闆也沒有時間照顧的到，我那屋的投影儀是壞的，沒有提前告知，我三百多租個啥也看不了的屋子，最後一天要走了我們下午的船，老闆為了讓新房客入住讓我朋友領孩子提前退房，上我們的房間，這一點我朋友有點接受不了，別的沒什麼了，中規中矩。

老闆熱情周到，有廚房可以自己做飯，市場買回海鮮來自己做，島上的海鮮是真的好吃，喜歡吃海鮮的朋友可以去一飽口福，環境也很好。唯一遺憾的是第二天下了一整天的雨，沒拍好看的照片。

性價比高，老闆人好，買了海鮮會幫忙加工，他家環境好，能直接看到日出，景色也是非常不錯！非常OK，住宿環境也不錯，滿分，他家還可以聯繫釣魚，有出租車的名片，下船會來接，上船會送，定了民宿，會提醒買票，總體滿分！

非常滿意，老闆特別熱情，衹要你有需求，他會盡量幫你去做。我帶孩子去的，孩子吃不慣海鮮，我帶孩子不方便出去，老闆幫忙去買飯，發現飯店沒有菜了，趕緊告知，可以用自家食材去做，我們用老闆家的土豆等給孩子做了飯，非常熱情。還有阿姨，態度非常好，非常親切，和我的媽媽一樣年紀，我們沒有買到米飯，阿姨趕緊給做了熱騰騰的米飯，我們想吃蘸醬菜，阿姨説自家有隨便摘吃，辣椒是真的很辣啊，關鍵永遠笑臉相迎。大家不用提前買水啊，方便麪啊，老闆家和超市一個價格。
海邊特別適合小孩子，沒有大浪，海水不深，向海裏走五十米仍然衹是齊腰，很清澈。趕海的話去反方向的海邊試試，我們在遊玩區衹搞到了貝殼類。玻璃海拍照很出片，像果凍一樣～

會再次光顧、介紹朋友和家人來的的一家民宿！
訂房時以為就是普通的一家店，沒想到外觀設計、房間佈局、床品布品，尤其是大大的衞生間等等，都超乎了想象。
強推這間三面看海的房間，而且店家的超大乾淨廚房和調料還免費使用，又帶我們去買超棒的本地海鮮。小院有熱情好客的金毛阿七、三衹性格迥異的貓星人、飛過的從沒見過的叫聲好聽的小鳥……
獐子島的景色、海水是我迄今為止見過的遼寧省內最好的，大家可以來體驗哦！
