設施：很新房間很温馨
環境：很棒，床很舒服，總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方

早餐會差一點，但是是附贈的，能接受
服務：服務質量很高，中間有突**況，前台處理及時，措施到位，服務態度好，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，來打五星

從前台辦理入住時，工作人員非常熱情，看到有小孩，主動升級的帶有親自沙發床的房間，好感瞬間拉滿，到房間看到客房大姐已經貼心的打開了沙發床，配好親子用品，房間乾淨整潔，設計合理，床品柔軟舒適，早餐品種很多，周圍出行方便，非常滿意的一次出行。

衞生：衞生做的很乾凈，無異味，香薰很好聞。
環境：出行方便，離商場很近，周邊購物方便。
服務：前廳小姐姐服務很熱情，保安主動幫忙拉行李，因早晨趕時間，還準備了早餐隨行包。

酒店位置很好，大廳高端舒適，環境很好，房間佈局合理，乾淨舒適，書桌還可以移動，辦公很方便，床頭配有無線充，滿足了我出門忘帶充電器的需求。很贊，洗髮水和沐浴露的味道很好聞，前台的服務態度也很好，主動幫忙倒茶水，早餐很豐富，自助形式的，整體體驗很棒。

出差昌吉看到有希爾頓歡朋，果斷選擇，便捷的地理位置，出行很方便，前廳的工作人員很熱情，快速的辦理了入住，還免費給房間升了級，房間乾淨舒適，全屋智能，樓層採光很好，可以俯瞰整體昌吉全夜景，很安靜，早餐豐富，當地的丸子湯清爽可口，離店貼心的幫我們叫了出租車，整體很好，值得推薦。
