definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.

Check in was fast and easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly. There was ‘welcoming fruits’ too upon check in. Also available at the lobby was hot tea. Month of December is cold and the hot tea is definitely appreciated. Rooms were clean and nice and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and the selection I would say not too bad. Would consider the hotel again if I visit Changsha in future.
