房間總體比較滿意，比想象中更好，房間乾淨，也比較大，離機場很近，服務態度好，免費接送機場，但是缺點就是衞生間乾濕分離做的不好。

這家酒店真的很不錯，我們在長沙玩了一天，實在累到走不動了，行李也巨多。晚上十二點，我打電話問能不能到酒店門口接我們，前台小哥哥也很耐心給我們安排了車。開車的叔叔人也很好，幫我們拿那麼多行李讓我們先上車。我們訂的是套房，房間很大也很乾凈。睡的時間太少了，沒來得及拍酒店照片。但是乾淨，整潔。離機場也很近，還有叫醒服務。大家可以沖這家。我選了很久的酒店，果然沒有讓我失望。

來長沙旅遊，明天坐飛機回去，就來了這家離機場近的酒店。他家酒店是免費接送機的。前台服務很好，看我有兩個行李箱，就直接來幫我搬行李。房間在7樓，房間衞生打掃很乾凈，而且房間裏面還有室外陽台，陽台外邊視野開闊。價格也挺優惠，下次來長沙旅遊也來這。

太冷了啊！！！帶孩子訂的親子房，房間很大，空調完全不管用了，卧室房間的外面直接是露天陽台，衹有一層玻璃門，空調幾乎不管用，太冷了，衣服都不敢給孩子脱啊，更別説洗漱了。
早晨的送機服務還是很及時的

出差那麼多年，長期住各種酒店，酒店好壞也幾乎不給酒店寫評價，但這是第一次遇到這種酒店，回來好幾天了想想還是覺得這個酒店很過分，太讓人生氣了，首先是酒店環境，我們在攜程看了很久才特地從橘子洲打車過來的，想着第二天去機場近不用趕時間，到的時候已經十點了，前台簡單登記了一下送機時間我們就去房間了，樓道很昏暗，我覺得圖片看上去挺乾淨新裝修的樣子應該不會太差，開門進去一股陳舊的味道，然後廁所還是改裝的，地漏就在馬桶前面挖來一條溝槽，都很多污垢了，也沒有一次性拖鞋，洗手池和鏡子以及花灑都是水漬，一點都不像剛裝修好的新酒店，然後簡單洗漱了一下準備休息，又看到枕頭上一團頭髮，到這裏我都覺得是能勉強接受，不會寫這個差評的，畢竟也不是第一次住酒店遇到這種情況的了，最讓我生氣的是第二天一早，前台打了座機電話叫起床，我們馬上就起床洗漱收拾東西，預約的六點鐘出發機場的，我們五點52分就坐電梯下樓了，坐的是頭天晚上上來的那個電梯，下去一樓沒有前台，沒有燈，沒有出口，烏漆麻黑的樓道，又坐電梯下去牆面貼的酒店樓層，出電梯還是沒有看到前台，我們就在這棟樓找了很久，都衹有這一個電梯，我們一邊打酒店電話一邊找出口，酒店的好幾個電話一直都打不通，前台也沒有打我留的電話，又要趕飛機，又還沒天亮又找不到前台出口很害怕很慌，還好是兩個人，我還得安撫我媽，不然我一個人肯定會害怕得哭出來，一直到六點後，我估計送機的車已經走了，就衹能從電梯下來的門出去大樓外，憑感覺走了很久，每個門都看一眼是不是有光亮是不是前台，每個門望進去都是綠色的光，看不到出口，真的非常害怕，甚至我都懷疑鬼打牆了，直到走到一個有樓梯的地方，天黑看不清一直打着手機的手電筒試探性的往下走，都害怕踩空了掉下去，還好是走到了大馬路邊，趕緊打了一個車，明明距離我才一公里多，司機卻在附近轉了好多圈都找不到我們，十二月份的天氣，六點多鐘在馬路邊等了近二十分鐘，才匆匆忙忙趕到機場！ 回頭看整個樓，很大很大的範圍一點光亮都沒有，整個過程是又害怕又慌的，但是酒店一直聯繫不上電話打不通，也一直沒有主動聯繫我，沒有明顯的指引標識和提醒，差點就延誤了飛機！提醒來附近住的朋友，如果不是白天的飛機，衹身一人的女孩子的話，最好還是不要選擇這棟樓區的公寓酒店，還是住獨棟都連鎖酒店比較安全！
