Morning Hotel (Changsha South Railway Station International Convention and Exhibition Center)

The hotel environment is very comfortable and clean. The room layout is well-designed, and the beds are quite cozy. The front desk staff are both beautiful and enthusiastic. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and they also offer shuttle service to and from the station. Highly recommend!

I booked a room for my parents, and there might have been some communication issues. However, after taking them out for a day and returning to the hotel, they found that the room had been occupied by someone else. It was a very bad experience! No one called me, and when I called to inquire, they said they didn't show up to renew their room, and that the call didn't go through. I don't see any contact records, and I originally booked for two days. If I didn't check out, wouldn't that mean I was staying? They didn't refund me, and told me I had to apply for it myself. You gave my room to someone else, and you still want me to apply for a refund myself. If I didn't ask and apply, would you not have told me? It made me laugh.

The environment is okay, but there's a particularly strong foul smell in the toilet as soon as you enter. I don't know if it's coming from the sewer or somewhere else. The cleaning staff came to check and said they didn't smell anything and suggested spraying some air freshener, but that definitely doesn't help. It must be a problem with the toilet or the sewer. Be careful when staying here!

Poor service attitude. I stayed two nights. On the second day, not only did they not proactively ask if we needed water or toilet paper, but when we called the front desk to request water, they directly said: "We only have two bottles of water, and any more will be charged." The service attitude is extremely poor.

When I booked the hotel, it said they offered station drop-off, so I booked it. However, this service isn't available before the 15th day of the first ***** month (I asked why it said they offered it, but the front desk didn't know either). The hotel is also very remote, making it difficult to get a taxi in the morning. If you're looking for a convenient morning ride, avoid this option. The front desk said they offered station drop-off after 8:00 AM, but Ctrip showed they offered it after 6:00 AM, which isn't what they advertised. Also, there was this little green light on the ceiling of my room that was on all night, which really disturbed my sleep!

I was on a business trip and transferred here in Changsha, and I found a treasure hotel very close to the South Railway Station. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. The hotel provides free drop-off service. The room is quite large, and the bed is a 1.35cm bed, which is very wide. Very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in and out very quickly. Although there are not many types of breakfast, they are all fresh, the bedding is of good quality, and I slept very comfortably. It's also very quiet downstairs at night. The toiletries are very useful and the towels are new and clean, which is very considerate. The facilities in the room are very new, it is a new hotel after all.

Just like the picture on the details page, the room is very spacious and clean. Since I sent a few express items on a business trip, the front desk helped me put them together. Overall, the experience is very good, and feedback on any problems is handled in a timely manner.
