The service and facilities were all excellent. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and check-in was quick. The room had a minimalist yet luxurious design, and it was clean and tidy. The giant projector screen was great for watching shows. The double-glazed windows did an amazing job at blocking out sound; I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all, which made for a very peaceful sleep.

Location :5/5 5 min from Changsha airport. There are many shops and restaurants around the area. It’s less than 5 min walk to metro station. Room : 4/5. Simple and nice room. It’s best to stay there for 1 night to catch the early flight. Service: 4/5 free airport shuttle is efficient. It took 5 min only to drive to departure hall.

The room was quite comfortable, though the mattress was a bit firm. The hygiene was also good. You can really feel the management's thoughtfulness in the small details within the room, like the alcohol wipes and toilet seat covers. Everything you need is there, which is excellent for this price point. Plus, the airport pick-up service was fantastic!
