Echarm Hotel

The bed in the room was very small, only 1.5 meters wide. I didn't notice this when I booked, and the front desk didn't mention it either, so the experience was poor.

I visited Window of the World. When booking, I specified a high floor and good air conditioning. Upon arrival, they gave me a random room. I requested an upgrade through the platform and then changed rooms. However, the room had a strong odor, as did the hallway. I called to change rooms again, but that room also had an odor. The staff opened the door and left, so I didn't bother changing again. Luckily, the air conditioning in this room was excellent, and I had a comfortable night's stay. The breakfast was okay. But I have to say more: the noodles were too small; I could pick them all up with one chopstick. I had to ask the staff to make another bowl, specifying it was for two people. That finally filled me up. Another thing I must complain about is that the room only had two bottles of water. When I asked the front desk for two more, they said it would cost extra. I got increasingly annoyed and contacted the hotel's customer service through the platform. They then changed their mind and said they could provide two more bottles for free. I glanced at the comments section and saw that some guests had received welcome fruit, so they asked why I hadn't. They explained that they only sent it because guests promised positive reviews. The hotel then offered to send snacks instead, saying they were out of fruit. I politely declined, but they still brought them, so I accepted them anyway. I stayed at this hotel because it's close to Window of the World. While waiting for the departure bell, I discovered it's a 17-minute walk there, requiring a detour. I can only blame myself for not paying close enough attention. Order with caution! Order with caution! Order with caution!

The room is very large and clean, and the service attitude is particularly good. Across the window is the colorful mango box, and it is very close to the mango pavilion. The front desk is very nice. They also gave a lot of Wang Yuexin's cards, which is awesome. 😊😊

The room looked large, but it was actually very basic inside, the quality of the items was poor, and the price wasn't low. Most importantly, I asked for an invoice, and after calling the front desk twice, they wouldn't respond unless I added them on WeChat.
