Great services and support from 管家。Our flight arrived close to midnight. The hotel was kind enough to pick us to hotel, and also packed noddles for our supper ! We travel as friends and booked 4 room. We were heading to ZJJ the next day via private vehicle. Great location as airport hotel.

Booked Kanglai for my first time stay in Changsha as it’s near the airport, they can arrange free pick up so it’s convenient when we arrive airport at midnight. The staff is warm and friendly, answered all question we have and also provide super at night. Special thanks to the receptionist (龙姑娘）on helping us with our DIDI apps as we face some issues when trying to engage driver. This visit leaves me a good impression as this is my first time visiting China, will consider to return in future.

Good location near to airport and provide free airport transfer. Provide noodles as supper.

Kanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops. I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo. I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels. I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town.

Great Stay! I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. I would definitely stay here .

Spacious room and toilet, clean, very helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Free airport pickup and drop off (shared 6-seater car) was convenient. Free supper (noodle soup) provided 9pm-12am at the ground floor near the reception was an added bonus.

Room very spacious and good. Extreme heavy cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast only starts at 7am. Good if it can starts at 6am. Shutter van was not appealing. Overall, it was a value stay.

The hotel is good, near to the airport. The service was great. People were very helpful and nice!

Hote is very near to airport. Staff offered free breakfast to my family of 3 when we wanted to buy breakfast tickets.

Staff was very responsive and attentive. They arranged the airport transfer within mins of we informing of our arrival even as it was near midnight. They checked us in so fast and we got very clean and functional rooms side by side as we booked 2 rooms. In morning they provided us free breakfasts as well since our room was with no meals pre- arranged. Overall very efficient & attentive services. A very good choice when you fly in late into Changsha and wish to rest well.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. The room is clean and spacious, I was really impressed with the service, it was great . Although the hotel did not have a scheduled shuttle to the airport at the time we wanted to leave, the hotel receptionist called us a taxi and the hotel paid for it Overall, if you have an early flight, it is a great place to stay

Good hotel for air traveller, located in 5 mins from airport, and close to metro station as well. Outdoor swimming pool was closed, though mentioned in hotel amenities without any suspension notice

This is the second time I have decided to stay at this hotel in a short period. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-organized. My kids are sensitive to smells, but so far, we haven't noticed anything unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it.
