Good hotel to stay. My stays were always amazing! Great value for money

A Truly Memorable Stay Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay, everything was perfect. A special thanks to Bella for seamlessly arranging our airport transfer, and to Nick, whose friendly demeanor and warm smile truly made our stay unforgettable. He went out of his way to introduce us to the best local attractions, adding a personal touch that made our trip even more memorable. The entire staff was remarkably kind and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our check-out time to suit our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference, ensuring our travel plans were stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to returning. The facility (gym and swimming pool) of the hotel is great but location is not good. It will only suitable for business trip to stay and not accessible to city and surrounding is quite bored. It is also far to airport....not recommended for short stay for airport transfer...will be regret. The breakfast is fabulous... If you pay by your own for travel, I will strongly suggest don't stay this hotel as you will pay for 5 star hotel fee but their service is terribly poor....the front desk attitude and knowledge to introduce their hotel and surroundings are not reach 5 star.....maybe only 2 star... The most unhappiness towards their front desk I asked in Mandarin but they seem reluctant to reply and act like I have no idea what I'm talking about. In addition, the front desk never and ever smile to us not matter check in or check out ..are we own them money or not deserve to stay in this so called 5 star hotel? This is really bad experience n nightmare for us to stay such high cost with no service hotel and keep saying this need to pay and that need to pay.....this is very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! We will reject to any Crowne Plaza hotel on the worldwide as they giving us the nightmare services. The front desk should learn from the bellboy with politeness, helpful and smiling to us..

Good service and clean room. Breakfast is excellent

Nice and clean hotel, everything new and very impressive toilets. The only thing I missed was the dinner buffet.

Room was very good for price, best hotel in Xingsha. Housekeeping staff on floor 37 were very nice, kind and helpful. Staff at check in and lobby attendants were very professional.

Very comfortable hotel. New in the development zone. Lounge club with very well service of food and drink, thanks to Miss Ula. Large corner breakfast with lot of Western style and Chinese foods. Good stuff and special thanks to Ms. SunnyXiang to support and escort me during covid test nearby hotel.
