Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Changsha World View Square, with convenient transportation and parking, plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, comfortable and warm rooms, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service at the front desk! I will choose to stay here next time.
