衞生：比較差，很多灰和頭髮，上個住客貼的假睫毛還留在了洗漱台的備品架上了，客房的小圓桌和窗簾地下更是重災區，微信告知後説升房，沒必要了，我都自己搞乾淨了，住了兩晚第二天打掃沒更換床品，廁所還有水。
環境：在女子大學對面，離德思勤和星城天地不遠。交通不是很方便，周邊沒有地鐵，周邊有工地施工，二樓三樓是網吧和桌球廳，共用電梯，人員比較複雜。
服務：下午入住的，入住服務比較久，站了一段時間才引導坐下倒茶，訂單的免費桌球和下午茶沒有提醒。正常房間的小圓桌應該有兩塊綠豆糕的，這家沒有，衹有幾顆茶糖，詢問説是他們家沒有，但我看到酒店朋友圈發的圖還是綠豆糕。第二天問打桌球説幫我預約，約好微信告訴我，從下午兩點等到7點也沒聯繫，微信詢問又告訴我可以直接去。服務響應比較慢。洗衣房會幫忙洗衣服和烘乾，會摺好用機器人送回房間。
縵享下午茶：四宮格茶點加茶飲2選1:第二天下午2點送的，有蝦片，山楂糕，小花片和聖女果，還有一股茶，還行。

EELCValue for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

It was super convenient to have takeout delivered by a robot directly to my room. The bathroom featured a thoughtful wet/dry separation design. Taxis were easily accessible near the hotel, and there's a subway station just a 6-7 minute walk away. Plus, there's a Chayan Yuese (a popular tea shop) right downstairs. Overall, a great experience!

YYas_miniBook a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room.
The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper.
Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace.
A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning.
A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart.
We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service. Our friends and family will be hearing all about this gem!

HHi ranzhiOn a business trip to Changsha, I stayed at this hotel following a colleague's recommendation, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service on the ground floor was incredibly welcoming; the lady spoke softly and had such a kind and thoughtful attitude. She even proactively upgraded me to a river-view king room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with every amenity. Not only did it feature a bathtub and bathrobes, but an iron was thoughtfully provided, which perfectly addressed my immediate need to press my clothes and shirts. The bedding, too, was a delightful surprise; the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and sheets were incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down, leading to exceptionally sound and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the room's stunning view – opening the window revealed a panoramic vista of Orange Isle and the majestic Xiang River unfolding right before my eyes. Especially at dusk, as the golden hues of the setting sun streamed into the room, the spectacular evening glow over the river was on full display. That moment of tranquility and comfort truly allowed me to completely unwind, both physically and mentally.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
