The workspace with a comfortable desk and chair, coupled with stable internet, met my basic mobile office needs. The daily replenishment of complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area offers great convenience, with popular tea shops and local eateries within walking distance, making it easy to experience daily city life. All in all, the hotel delivers consistent performance in terms of location, core facilities, and basic services, providing a convenient and reliable accommodation option for both business and leisure travelers.

recently stayed at this new hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and stylishly designed, making for a comfortable stay. The location is particularly advantageous, being very close to the train station, which is perfect for travelers looking to explore the area or move on to other destinations. However, I did have one major expectation that wasn't fully met. Given that this is a Hilton property, I expected that the staff would have a solid English communication to assist international guests more effectively. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited in terms of variety; I was hoping for a more international selection.

The room is very comfortable and clean. There are many places to eat around. The Internet-famous crayfish restaurant is within walking distance. There are many places to eat supper at night. It is very convenient. In the end, I forgot to take the mobile phone charger, and the front desk lady immediately delivered it to me.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it was unexpectedly good, far beyond expectations. The front desk staff helped us upgrade the room, and they were really polite. The TV in the room is smart, and you can project the screen with your phone. There are also tissue boxes in the bathroom and on the table that can hold your phone, which is very convenient (hahaha, good news for lazy people). The breakfast is also very good, but I forgot to take a picture. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely come to this hotel again. I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel I chose for my child's graduation trip was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, the transportation was convenient, there was a subway right outside, and a shopping mall next to it, with one-stop service for eating, drinking, and having fun. I stayed for two nights and wanted to stay another. As there were no twin beds available, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a large bed with a sofa bed, which was more spacious than a twin room. It was amazing. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling to Changsha!

The room was very clean and tidy. I was upgraded to a deluxe business king room. There is carpet when entering. The toilet is heated. The room is huge. The sofa is very comfortable. Complete supporting facilities. The customer service attitude is very good. If you have any questions, respond immediately. The bed is so comfortable. The view outside the window is very good. There is also a gym where you can exercise. Breakfast on the first floor includes Chinese and Western food. You can eat whatever you want. Very comprehensive and tastes great.

I drove to Changsha from Shenzhen with my friends and chose to stay at the Hampton Inn Xi'erdun at night because it is located by Meixi Lake, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and I had a good rest at night. The service of the brothers and sisters at the front desk is very attentive and great! I will choose here again next time I come!
