Stayed in the Xiaomo Lake View Twin Room, and the lake scenery outside the window was breathtakingly beautiful. The service was attentive and thoughtful. It's an excellent choice for traveling with companions, and very convenient for getting around with the subway station really close by.

Omg, this hotel is incredibly beautiful, clean and in a good location. I loved the customer service as well. They have robots for room delivery and all. I will be back again some other time!

I always thought a brand like Mercure would guarantee good facilities and service, but this place really opened my eyes. I booked a lake-view room with a bathtub, but when I filled the tub, water started spilling out from the bottom, flooding the entire bathroom floor. The toilet's exhaust fan sounded like a tractor, and the showerhead was ridiculously low – I'm 185 cm tall and felt like my head was almost touching it.
