The checkin process is very fast and the front desk is very friendly. The room is very clean and doesn't have any cigarette smoke smell like other hotel like UrCove. We booked room with 2 breakfast but we were given extra breakfast. There is a wide varieties of foods and the one cleaning the table is very kind and assisted my son on getting milk. The fried pork strips, broccoli are best seller and trays are always empty. I will for sure check in if I am going to come back and also will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Breakfast was superb. The service staff: Aimee, Annie, Anne, at the breakfast room were all so helpful. The hotel GM greeted us one morning and even arranged for coffee to go. Special mention goes to Tina Chen at the front desk for helping us book visits to museum and Mao monument. This included helping us plan our metro train rides. Will definitely come back to this hotel on our next holiday to Changsha.

It was my first time staying at the Marriott Fairfield Inn. The room next door was noisy at night, as if they were having a party. It was not until I reported it to the front desk that things got better. The front desk asked if we could change rooms, but we didn't because it was too much trouble. The hotel is conveniently located. It is right next to the subway station exit. The cleaning is meticulous and the service is thoughtful. It's not a stand-alone Marriott hotel. The upstairs are all office areas, but the room facilities are brand new and quite good. I asked the front desk to give me a corner room, and Xiaoxia arranged it for me and I was very satisfied.
