overall we like the hotel. nice room and facilities. good breakfast. However, it needs improvement on cleanliness. when checking in, we found a cigarette butt in the bathroom on our non-smoking room. probably from the previous guest. Nice staff. even they barely speak english but they do try to help on our questions and requests.

The sanitation is OK. Because we stayed in the renovated room above, it seemed a bit cramped. It was totally out of place with Huazhu Club. The decoration style was also out of tune. The service attitude was very good. The TV was not working, and they came to adjust it immediately. They changed our room in time. The laundry was taken out by people in other rooms in advance, and we communicated with the front desk in time. The service staff deserves recognition. Overall not bad. Facilities: There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is very useful in Changsha at 38℃ today. It can be used to refrigerate yogurt and drinks. Cleanliness: I stayed for four nights in total. I chose "please clean up immediately" before going out and the room was cleaned every day.
