Hualu Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square IFS International Finance Center)

Parking in Changsha isn't cheap, but this hotel offers free parking. The front desk staff even escorted me to my room, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to several attractions.

Facilities: Very new. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Excellent. Service: Fantastic. Double freshly ground coffee & welcome tea: The tea bar is available 24/7. 24H butler service: Very good. It's right next to a bustling commercial area, making dining and entertainment super convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Five-star rating!

Before arriving in Changsha, I added them on WeChat and they sent me detailed directions from the subway, which helped me find the hotel easily. The lady at the reception was very gentle and walked us to our room, telling us we could contact her directly if we needed anything. The room was spacious, with two 1.35m beds and electric curtains. The shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable hot bath. The best thing about this hotel is its location – Taiping Street is just a few steps away, and Pozi Street is right across the road. You can do a loop around Wuyi Square and IFC and be right back at the hotel. You can get Chayan Yuese (a popular tea shop) delivered or go in person. It’s super convenient for visiting all the attractions. For this location, these room facilities, and this price, it’s an absolute steal. My only minor suggestion would be to add keycard access to the 7th floor for guests' security.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the pedestrian street, just a 5-minute walk away. The room environment is great, spacious, and the bathroom is clean, with a window. The daily necessities were clean, and the mattress was comfortable. We booked a family suite, and the beds were wide enough. The butler service was excellent, always there when we needed them. Highly recommended! 👍👍 The only downside is that the parking lot is quite small, and the road leading to it is narrow and busy with pedestrians, making it a bit difficult to find.

We arrived quite early in the morning and our room wasn't ready yet, but the lady at the front desk thoughtfully provided us with toothbrushes and toiletries. Once a room was available, another front desk staff member even escorted us to it. Every day, we were greeted with warm welcomes when we returned, and everyone seemed so energetic. The room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the complimentary luggage storage service.
