SEYA Panoramic Hotel - Changsha Wuyi Square Flagship（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

The room was incredibly beautiful, and the butler service was exceptional. They even helped me get takeout from downstairs at 3 AM! The hygiene was impeccable, and the bathtub offered an amazing view. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The room was very comfortable with modern facilities. It even had a 5-meter private pool, which is really more for kids, but it's a unique feature and the children absolutely loved it. One side of the room had a floor-to-ceiling window, offering a great view. We could look down at the 'Snack Kingdom' below and also see the Hunan Museum several kilometers away in the distance. We also tried the Storm Spa and the 'Forest of Light' light show – both were very unique and definitely added to the hotel experience. Due to the holiday crowds, we only got into our room after 4 PM on the day we checked in, but they did grant us a late checkout the next day. Overall, I thought the experience was quite good. The high-rise hotel's design style is different from traditional luxury hotels, so it was a unique experience.

Stayed for two nights, and the bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. For laundry and food delivery services, we contacted Ah Xiu, who was super amazing! 👍 We loved this little housekeeper! She immediately came to pick up our clothes, and after they were dried, she brought them back to us. The room's view was also beautiful, especially the hotel's 'storm' feature, which was great for photos. We'll definitely choose the Shiye Hotel again next time we're in Changsha!

A perfect experience! It's great for couples and families, even moms with kids will love it. IFC Mall is right downstairs, so you can enjoy water activities in the afternoon and go shopping in the evening. The Sand Dune and Storm experiences were both fantastic. They even decorated the room for my child's birthday in advance. The sound system was also excellent, and the cleanliness and service were impeccable. The only downside is that the price doubles on holidays, but otherwise, I can't find any faults.

The hotel lobby and rooms are incredibly photogenic, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The butler was very attentive, the room was spotless, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The view was superb, and the location was very convenient. Downstairs there's a 'Snack Kingdom,' and the three special experiences were fantastic and very photogenic!!!

The staff's attitude was excellent, and for the price, it offered great value for money. The room also came with complimentary access to the 'Storm Project' and the 'Sand Dune Dry Steam Wellness' program, both of which can be booked directly with your butler. The bedding was very clean and soft, and guests can enjoy free laundry service for up to 10 items during their stay.

Starting our trip on September 13th, Shiye was by far the most satisfying hotel out of all the places we stayed! Due to my allergies, I have high standards for water quality and hygiene. On this trip to Hunan, the water quality and temperature at most hotels were just 'passable' at best. Only Shiye's water quality and temperature earned my praise, truly delivering a high-temperature private hot spring experience! The private hot spring on the 69th floor offers breathtaking views of Changsha, with Du Fu Tower and Orange Isle clearly visible, all while maintaining a modern city vibe. The butler and staff were very responsive and flexible. I tend to arrive early, and both check-in and my spa appointments went smoothly. The only minor regret is that the central air conditioning didn't provide heating this season, so I had to rely on the private hot spring to warm me up, haha.

All the credit goes to the butler, Cheese. The hotel facilities were completely unsatisfactory. The tap water was yellow, and the drain was clogged. However, we were fortunate to have a great butler who patiently resolved all issues.
