The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay for several days. All amenities are there and the rooms interior is fresh new with quality furniture. The personnel is very competent, accommodative and friendly. Breakfast is delicious with variety of dishes.

暑期帶孩子出來玩，剛開始還因為不知道選哪個地方在糾結，第一晚住在市中心，那環境真的不行，然後第二天立馬另選酒店，選到了這家嶽麓山腳下的温德姆花園，首先環境真的超級好，一點都不喧鬧，屬於那種優雅又寧靜的酒店，在一個是他的交通也很便利，去哪兒都挺方便的地鐵站離這就幾百米。最後要重點誇一誇管家小姐姐Shirley，非常有耐心又周到的接待了我們，她始終以熱情治癒的笑容照顧着我們！

晚上二十多度熱的睡不着，空調衹能制熱和通風，打電話給前台客服説酒店沒有冷氣，讓拉開窗簾打開窗户。花幾百塊錢訂酒店睡還找罪受，最後沙發上將就了一夜。

開個發票，從告訴他們發票發錯了，到等着他們開，一個小時沒解決，這樣隨意泄露別的客人私隱合適嗎？5分鐘能搞定的事情，我不知道這前台是如何工作以及這麼簡單的錯誤，居然還能拖這麼久不處理，更重要的是微信不回訊息，酒店前台電話一直打不通，哈哈，奇葩
