JATO HOTEL

The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The most thoughtful part was the laundry and drying service. They even gave us small snacks after we checked out, which shows great attention to detail.

Finally got some time to review! Our family stayed for three nights in two rooms during our road trip. The free laundry service with dedicated staff who wash and dry your clothes is absolutely fantastic – no worries about wet clothes or nowhere to hang them. There's also free parking. On the second night, there was a small issue with the facilities above the vanity in one room. We reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly and even offered a room change 👍. Since we were tired after a long day and it was late, we decided not to switch rooms that night. The next day, they upgraded us and moved us to a new room. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to Huangxing Street subway station and fifteen minutes to Wuyi Square. I genuinely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose them again for our next trip!

The overall stay was alright. The location was quite convenient for getting around. The room had all the basic facilities, and the cleanliness was generally acceptable, but the attention to detail was lacking, with some dust visible in the corners. Soundproofing wasn't ideal. The service staff were polite, but their response time was a bit slow. The value for money was average – no major complaints, but nothing particularly amazing either. It's fine for a temporary one-night stay.

The hotel room facilities are in good condition and very clean. The location is easy to find, and it's very close to the subway station. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers good value for money and free parking. The staff are friendly, and check-in/check-out is quick.

The location is super convenient, within walking distance to three metro stations and two lines. It's also close to attractions like Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Tianxin Pavilion, and Dingwangtai Bookstore. The room is spacious, very clean, and offers an open view. The hotel's decor feels new, and the service is excellent, especially the laundry service, which is a really thoughtful touch.

The location is very close to Huangxing Square, and they have both underground and above-ground parking. The laundry service is a thoughtful touch.

This was my first time in Changsha, and I booked this hotel through Ctrip because I wanted to visit a lot of attractions. First off, I got a good deal since I booked early. Second, it's not far from the Pedestrian Street subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. I was also really happy with the laundry service and amenities provided. And finally, the hygiene was great!

Excellent, very satisfied, and you can even see the river view.
