The service was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel is by the road, so it’s convenient for transport, it’s opposite the city stadium and not far from the subway station. The food was very Chinese 🤭 and it was good too. The room I booked for wasn’t big but it was comfortable and clean.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. The windowless room I originally booked was upgraded to a room type. The room facilities and equipment look good and should have been renovated. The hotel is very close to the Provincial Museum, only a 5-minute walk away. Changsha is nearby. The specialty snacks are also very popular. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it very convenient to travel.

酒店大門很氣派，金燦燦的，很漂亮。
進房間，門關上以後開了很大的一條縫如圖為內外實拍圖，其他房間我不知道，反正這麼大條縫我私隱不敢恭維；
進門抬頭，天花板有黃黑色的污漬，自己看圖我不想多説；
床邊輕坐，拉開被子，被子上有奇怪的黑色斑點，床單上有很多不明污漬，有點像什麼液體洗不乾淨留下的殘留；
浴室我衹上了廁所其他沒有體驗故不多請假，浴室門框有破損，有一説一台階挺高的有點滑；
某個前台服務態度一般，晚上更換了前台態度好了很多，沒能更換床單被罩實屬遺憾，但在前台衹有一人的情況下仍為我找來一次性拖鞋的服務態度值得加兩分。

有標準參照老的招待所。設施老化。
衞生：潔癖人士可能出不喜歡，因為裝修比較老。出差睡覺就這樣吧。
環境：周圍環境有個運動廠，白天不是很吵。
服務：參考招待所的標準。設備比較老常常會出問題，所以服務員都忙着解決問題。入住的時候服務員不在，忙不過來了
來看博物館預訂的，攤離博物館近，可以免費停車。節假日漲價比較貴。還有冬天空調不行。跑在倒的天氣温度上來了
