此次入住貴酒店的經歷讓我倍感驚喜，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務都遠超預期！酒店大堂設計典雅大氣，前台工作人員熱情專業，快速高效地完成了入住手續，還主動升級了房型並詳細介紹酒店的各項設施。
前台小姐姐還貼心的告訴遊玩的地點，也推薦了好吃的飯店，酒店附近有個市場，買特產很方便。
酒店的各種小細節都透露着貼心，客房空間寬敞明亮，落地窗視野極佳，床品柔軟舒適，每晚都能享受深度睡眠。浴室乾濕分離設計合理，高端衞浴設施和精心準備的洗護用品盡顯品質。衞生間有免費的一次性馬桶墊還有酒精濕巾，很細節。
這次入住體驗完全超出了我的預期，必將成為我今後出差旅行的首選，也會向親朋好友大力推薦！

酒店的早餐真是太棒了，品種又多，食品也很新鮮。還有本地特色小吃和米粉，都不用出去排隊在酒店就能品嚐到，而且房間整體是很舒適温馨的，雙床房是兩張一米三五的。的床很寬敞，房間內的衞生整潔乾淨，無煙房的樓層高，視野開闊，採光也很。

酒店距離烈士公園很近，一大早去烈士公園內的年嘉湖繞湖跑了10km（晨練的人非常多，非常適合跑步），酒店19樓也有個健身房，下雨天也可以在酒店內鍛鍊，鍛鍊完去5樓吃上一頓早餐就很完美了，早餐的選擇豐富，有特色長沙碼子粉、長沙臭豆腐、糖油粑粑，也有玉米、土豆、紅薯這些粗糧可供選擇，飲品區的選擇同樣豐富，牛奶、豆漿、橙汁、酸梅汁、奶茶、紅茶和檸檬水，當然還有機磨咖啡。差點忘了，還有我最愛的豆腐腦，甜鹹自選;最後再來點水果，一頓豐富的早餐就這樣結束了，肚皮是滿足了，早上的10km算是白跑😁

酒店位置還行，打車的話方便一些，地鐵就算了。房間設施還可以，衞生的話算是乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，東西都比較齊全，下午茶和晚安粥真沒必要，品質太差了吧可以取消了，硬湊不如沒有。本來看評價很好，就定了兩晚，第一天晚上就把第二晚取消了換到了其他酒店。

1.訂的舒適大床房 我有免費升級房型的權益 也黑不提白不提的不給我升級，不升級的話就給我挑選一間窗外景色好一點房間也行 ，結果入住的房間窗外都是亂七八糟的居民樓景。
2.關於特色項目行李寄送，辦理入住的時候也不跟我們提示説明一下怎麼使用這一權益，等我從攜程關注到這一訊息的時候已經來不及了，説是要在12點之前行李才能送過去。真的謝謝了。
3.小冰箱裏啥免費飲料都沒有，提小冰箱幹嘛？
唯一好的地方：正常我們14點退房，收拾東西慢了一點，導致退房的時候晚了15分鐘，酒店前台倒是沒有一個勁兒打電話過來催促。

設施：盆友推薦的，出行長沙至五一廣場交通便捷，地鐵站出口就在1公里左右。去橘子洲頭遊玩距離方便，設施先進完善現代化，環境優雅，豪華房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，還贈送了早餐。

這次兩大一小的出行，選對酒店太關鍵了！房間給配了兩張1.35米的床，三個人睡完全不擠，床墊軟硬適中，每晚都能睡個安穩覺，這點真的太加分了。
而且房間空間特別寬敞，不會有壓抑感，孩子在裏面跑跳都沒問題。設施看得出來是新的，用着很順手，衞生也做得很到位，處處都透着乾淨整潔。
從入住到退房，整體體驗感拉滿，完全超出預期，性價比超高，下次來還會選這裏！

客房服務非常好，準備了特色下午茶和貼心的晚安粥，酒店的位置簡直是長沙城市遊的完美定位，博物館，橘子洲頭，嶽麓書院等都非常的近，離湘江邊也僅有不到2公里距離。
