Π Hotel (Changsha County Xingsha Park)

I stayed on the 5th floor for three days, two days and one day on the 4th floor. First of all, my experience on the 5th floor was that the air conditioner did not work. The environment was okay. However, when I took a shower the next morning, the water was not hot. I don’t know what happened. The air conditioner did not work. I mentioned it to the front desk more than once and the front desk did not respond to solve the problem. On the third day, I changed to a business room, but there were burnt holes in the sheets (I am a non-smoker). The most important thing is that the room card always cannot be used. Immediately recognized by the smart lock, it was either not recognized (5th floor) or recognized but could not open the door (4th floor). Every time I entered the room, I had to swipe several times to open the door. I have always liked Pai Hotel this time. It really gave me a headache 😅

It's very clean, and the decoration on the bed is emotional. I like the flower on it very much. There are also many snacks around. I didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in the community.

The service is good, the surrounding area is convenient for shopping and eating, and the transportation is convenient.

Park on the roadside. When I was cleaning my razor, the blade went into the wash basin and fell into the drain. I asked the front desk how to fix it, but their attitude was so bad.
