The hotel stay was great! Our room had a gym and a laundry room, and they also offered laundry service. The manager even gave our kids some snacks from Cha Yan Yue Se. The most convenient service was the hotel's luggage delivery, which really helped us with our trip and allowed us to explore the sights. My family also said it was excellent!

Stayed for three nights with my family. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, and the underground parking was very convenient. The breakfast quality was great, and the restaurant environment was lovely, offering homemade soy milk and tofu pudding. For the Lantern Festival, they even served tangyuan, which added a wonderful festive touch. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

The hotel was really easy to find using navigation, and it has an underground parking garage. It's a quiet hotel with very friendly staff. There's a restaurant, laundry room, and a gym. Right outside the hotel, there's a bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are tons of affordable places to eat nearby! My stay this time was excellent! The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was spacious, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel environment was also quite good. It's very convenient for getting around and dining. There's a subway station right through an underpass, and the famous Fire Palace is across the road. Downstairs in the mall, you can try Cha Yan Yue Se directly. Next door is an old filming location of the Xiaoxiang Film Studio (P2), which has been developed into a small scenic spot with a small exhibition hall to explore. The hotel itself is a bit dated due to its age, but the facilities are complete. The downstairs parking is free, but you need the front desk to register your car number every time you leave. There are only two elevators, which can be a bit few for the number of guests, so you might wait a while during busy times. Breakfast is quite rich, with freshly made noodles and rice noodles, and generally about three options for each other category. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, and provides fabric softener, laundry detergent, and bags.

The hotel's overall environment and service were excellent. The room was quite spacious, and it was very convenient for taking taxis to tourist spots. Food deliveries were even brought up by a robot! There's a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop right next door. Plus, they offer free luggage storage after check-out and gave a small gift. Highly recommended!

They also have a free laundry room and parking, so it was really easy for me to park my car since I drove.

Staying at Ramada by Wyndham Hunan Film Studio is truly convenient for both travel and business trips.

We booked two rooms together during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel manager thoughtfully arranged them on the same floor for us. The rooms were on a non-smoking floor, spacious, and well-equipped. The hotel's surroundings are excellent, and transportation is convenient. We'll definitely stay here again!
