服務態度不好，我爸爸説到前台問多久退房愛搭理不搭理的在玩遊戲。去問同樣的房型有沒有換一間乾淨一點的。前台就一直要我定高級雙床。但是房間差至少衞生得行吧。空調風口，吹風機的頭髮。看到那個吹風機碰都不想碰。前段時間忙忘記評價了。真心無語。説真的，我也是很少給差評的。體驗不好。再也不想來這裏。

房間異味大，廁所排氣扇基本壞的，導致異味散發，空調噪音大，衞生一般般。體驗感不好，但是服務人員還可以，該酒店硬件設施太差！下次應該不會再選擇這個酒店了。網商家改進不足之處

踩雷！洗澡沒有熱水，空調打開之後異味嚴重，甚至已經是報廢級別，不能改變風向。前台還有臉説讓我給個好評送我一瓶水！出差經常訂酒店這是最不滿意的一次！

本來想住機場的，最後看到這一家，問了一下，而且價格也包含了空調費（我覺得長沙有點搞笑，很多住的地方，去都要讓你另外給空調費）進去看了，還不錯，好評……

自從入住之後，還未曾打開過馬桶蓋，下午繼續續住後，想上和洗手間，一打開大桶蓋，真的是不想説什麼了，臟的不能再臟了，本人發誓，從剛入住以及出門辦事到回來，一直沒上過洗手間，客人退房後，都不曾清洗。直接蓋上蓋子
