Every time we visit Changsha, this is our go-to hotel when traveling with kids. The environment is lovely, and the location is fantastic. The front desk attendant was very pretty, enthusiastic, and proactive in her service. Breakfast was also quite good. Xiao Fu from the lobby kept checking in on us throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend it to everyone! (○゜ε＾○)

Staying in Changsha, I was fortunate to have Hunan Huatian Hotel accompany me. The thoughtful service made me feel right at home. The front desk staff, LZY, was humble and enthusiastic, with impeccable manners. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the location is superb, close to the Wuyi business district, making both travel and sightseeing incredibly convenient. It combines elegance with a touch of local charm, highly recommended.

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around! Popular attractions like the Hunan Provincial Museum, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain are all easily accessible. Before I even checked in, butler Xiao Yin called to warmly greet me and even proactively upgraded my room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, with attention to every detail, and they even offered a complimentary evening drink. I received a reminder for breakfast in the morning and was able to request a late checkout. The service throughout my stay was incredibly thoughtful and warm. My experience here was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it!

A huge thank you to floor manager Xiao Yin, who really saved me a lot of hassle! I did a lot of online souvenir shopping and had them shipped to the hotel, and since it was inconvenient for me to carry them around, Xiao Yin meticulously helped me collect and store them all, neatly categorizing them and notifying me when they arrived. I was initially worried about long queues for attraction reservations, but she proactively and patiently helped me book popular spots and even thoughtfully shared local tips to avoid peak crowds. She was incredibly responsive to my messages and always helpful without being intrusive. I felt warmly taken care of throughout my stay. The transportation, facilities, and service were all top-notch. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended! Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely look for Xiao Yin again.

Changsha's established Huate hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The in-room cleaning is impeccable, public areas are spotless and elegant, and facilities are well-maintained. Both the dining and accommodation experiences are top-notch. Yang Le from the front desk was welcoming and professional. Definitely worth returning to.

The Hunan Huatian Hotel is an established five-star hotel with a great location. It’s convenient to get to major attractions by taxi or subway, just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Hunan Provincial Museum is about 5 kilometers away by taxi. For this trip to Changsha, I chose a room in Block B, which had been recently renovated. The room was around 35 square meters, very comfortable, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and drained well, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue every evening. The room was soundproof, the bedding was comfortable, and having direct drinking water was very convenient. The staff on the 13th floor, Ms. Yang and Ms. Dai, were very kind and provided excellent cleaning service. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us sachets and a late-night snack of tremella soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Hunan noodles. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is bustling with activity, lots of conferences, and a great World Cup atmosphere. Before I even checked in, Sister Yin from the service center called to ask about my needs. She arranged some festive decorations, a welcome fruit platter, and knowing my girlfriend loves plants, even set up a small potted plant – I forgot to take a picture, but it was incredibly thoughtful! The room's night view was lovely, it was clean and tidy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent air conditioning. Sister Yin reminded me about dining times, helped collect my takeout, and even delivered it to the room. She also recommended some great spots to visit in Changsha. It really felt like coming home.
