The location is not in the city centre but there is a metro station, it's only 7 minutes walk. The room is clean and big. The service is good, staff are friendly and helpful, especially the laundry's service is excellent.
The food is good and there are many choices for breakfast.

The hotel is okay, the position is quite central and there is a metro station at less than 10 min on foot.
The room is spacious and has all the main amenities one can expect (even though the facilities are a little outdated). The bed is very comfortable.
The international breakfast should be revised as it does not offer much choice.

Hotel is very old everything inside the room looks old the carpet is smelly old and dirty ,the room stinks with cigarettes smell and this the first time where I felt that just being inside the room make feel dirty and in need of a good shower ,the restaurant where they serve breakfast is also old ,coffee is disgusting ,honestly this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ,hotel needs to be completely refurbished.
Then when I was leaving the manager of the hotel pressured me into filming a video praising the hotel and I almost missed the train because of that .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. From the front office staff to Ms. Yuan M. Hua, they were helpful. Nobody at the hotel accepts tips from us, even the housekeepers that cleans our room.

The services are very good. Jack Ma & Rover are very good help. The location is good. near changsha railway station. Unfortunately, my time here in Changsha is all raining. My plan to go to Taiping street is ruined because there is a blockade of street.
