Wandai Hotel

Everything exceeded my expectations! The subway entrance is right downstairs, and you can see the hotel as soon as you step out! I thought I’d have to wander around looking for it. You can take direct lines to all the major attractions and subway stations! Just one friendly tip: you need to book many places in advance!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and patient in answering all our questions, and even recommended some local hidden gem snack spots. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and with the windows closed at night, the soundproofing was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including authentic Changsha rice noodles, which we were very satisfied with. Plus, having self-service laundry and drying facilities was super practical for anyone traveling for a few days.

Excellent service—they gave me a complimentary room upgrade! The location is super convenient, making it really easy to find places to eat, visit attractions, and get to the high-speed railway station. The room faces the Xiang River and is very quiet.

The room was quite spacious, and they gave us an upgrade. The luggage transfer service to the station was a really thoughtful touch. It would have been even better if the breakfast had a wider selection.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially from Xiao Fang, and its location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. On the first day, the customer service agent Xiao Fang arranged a King-size room with a view facing Wuyi Square. However, it was a bit noisy due to the bustling street below. So, the next morning, I immediately switched to a Super King-size room facing west, which was very spacious and offered distant river views. Since my train was later in the afternoon, Xiao Fang also kindly arranged a late check-out for me, which was fantastic! It allowed me to take a nap at noon without rushing to check out and store my luggage.

The location is excellent, right by Wuyi Square Metro Exit 7. It's one stop to the pedestrian street and two stops to Orange Isle. The front desk staff, Xiao Fang, was very kind, enthusiastic, and hospitable. She upgraded us to a spacious room and we redeemed points for one day's breakfast, and she even proactively added the second day's breakfast for free. She was very quick to respond to any questions. The hotel room itself was decent, but the bathroom had a bit of a foul odor. When the exhaust fan was turned off at night, the smell would return after a while, so that needs to be addressed. Other aspects were good!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and IFC (International Finance Center). Downstairs, there are various snack options. The hotel offers different types of rooms; those facing the street provide city views, while the interior-facing rooms are quieter.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the Wuyi Square exit. The front desk staff, Yezi, was also very enthusiastic. When we arrived, I had an injury, and she got us iodine and a band-aid. I forgot to ask the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes, but to my surprise, they proactively had a staff member deliver them to our room! All in all, it was a great stay.

Located in the bustling Wuyi Square commercial district in Changsha, this hotel offers convenient access to everything. You can easily walk to IFS Changsha, and it's just two subway stops to Orange Isle. It's the perfect base for exploring all of Changsha's popular attractions. Highly recommended for a stay during the National Day holiday!
