我定的房間是高級大床房，入住給辦理的是標準大床房，到達酒店時間是16:30，房間衞生還沒有搞出來，樓層在6樓，衹有20個平方，和前台説明房間給錯了，前台明確沒有給錯，經過攜程客服投訴協調後，才給換到8樓預訂頁面宣傳的房型，酒店涉嫌虛假宣傳，我預訂的時候有延遲倆點退房，退房告訴我要收倆個小時的房費，我説明後才沒有收取，如果我沒有注意，又是會被該酒店欺騙多收費用！國內大大小小入住的酒店也多了去了，第一次遇到這種欺騙消費者的酒店，別的酒店是升級，他們是降級！圖一衹第一次給的房間，圖二是換完的房間！圖三是宣傳房間！
