Holiday Inn Express CHANGSHA SOUTH RAILWAY STATION by IHG

The front desk lady upgraded our room, so we didn't have to switch rooms the next day. The room smelled great, was clean, and most importantly, the window was super comfortable, I slept really well! The facilities are well-designed, good for both families and business. The main reason we chose this hotel is its proximity to Changsha South, as we're traveling from there to other places these days. We arrived at 11 PM and could just walk over from the train station!

The room is clean and comfortable, close to the high-speed rail station, and the hotel offers shuttle service. Suitable for business trips.

Close to Changsha South Railway Station, with a large parking lot, making parking convenient. The breakfast is rich, but the front desk could be a bit more enthusiastic.

The hotel facilities are great, the rooms have a TV and free internet, highly recommended. It's super close to Changsha South Station, you could even walk there if you don't have too much luggage.

A great hotel with excellent service. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The WeChat booking for the high-speed train pick-up and drop-off is convenient, quick, and highly efficient. The butler service is available 24/7 on WeChat, making communication very easy. The room design is elegant and very comfortable. If you're staying near the South Station, this is a great choice.

The experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room layout is practical. The bedding is cozy and clean, and the bathroom facilities are comprehensive. Lights, appliances, and other equipment all operate smoothly. The public areas are neat and elegant, with complete amenities. The service was particularly outstanding. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient. The staff were warm and polite, proactively asking about needs and offering thoughtful assistance. The dining and housekeeping services were meticulous, and they responded promptly to any issues. Throughout my stay, I felt well-cared for and attended to. The environment is quiet and pleasant, making it suitable for both business travel and short breaks. Overall, the experience was excellent.
