This hotel is built right on top of an old quarry, which my kids affectionately call the "Big Boot Hotel"! It's surrounded by tons of fun attractions, like the Ocean Kingdom, Water Park, Snow World, and a huge circus! It's really enjoyable and perfect for a family trip.

The room is quite spacious, and the surroundings are very quiet! The hotel offers an on-call shuttle service to Ocean Kingdom. The housekeeping manager provided excellent service. Even without the air conditioning on, the room was warm enough for a winter trip; with it on, you could comfortably wear short sleeves.

I booked a parent-child themed room, but it only had two pictures, a bed, and a tent, and they called it an astronaut-themed room. It wasn't even as good as the deluxe king room, which also included Ocean Park tickets. I bought my Ocean Park tickets separately, and was told I couldn't re-enter once I left, which isn't the case for the king room package that allows two days of entry. The toilet wasn't automatic, and the sink was clogged. When we went to the third-floor restaurant for food, we were told that à la carte might be available after 1:30 PM because they were hosting a wedding banquet, so we had to take a taxi to find another restaurant. The carpet in the room wasn't clean either; my child crawled on it and ended up with hand, foot, and mouth disease the next day.

The room service and facilities were quite good, and they even helped set up a baby crib. The only downsides were the small flying insects in the room, which shouldn't really be an issue this time of year. Also, for a family-friendly resort, the kids' play area was really underwhelming, with almost no facilities. Overall, it was still a very good stay, and I'd come back again.

Overall, it was decent, and very convenient for a ski vacation. However, the service awareness needs to be strengthened; the staff were too casual. Although their attitude was friendly, they weren't genuinely helping to solve problems. The swimming pool was very comfortable, and the water temperature was a bit higher than other places, which made for a superb experience.

This hotel is located in the Dawangshan integrated tourism area on the southwest side of Changsha. The facilities are high-end, stylish, and luxurious, featuring a contemporary Western design. Upon check-in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, and the amenities inside couldn't have been better. The ocean park and ice and snow world are right outside the door, though you'll need a taxi to get to the film town. Breakfast was quite simple, and during peak holiday times, the dining area was incredibly crowded.

Extremely satisfied, far exceeding expectations! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in China, no contest. What I was most satisfied with was the booking, which included tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Ocean World, Happy Snow World, and the Dawangshan International Circus. Since it was my first time visiting Dawangshan, upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt the five-star service, like help with luggage. After checking in, the front desk staff even proactively upgraded us to a suite and then gave us tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Dawangshan Starlight Carnival – totally unexpected! The moment I opened the hotel room door, I genuinely felt like I was coming home; it was incredibly luxurious, beyond words. I’ll just upload the photos, haha 😄 **Cleanliness**: The bathtub 🛁 even came with a disposable liner, a very thoughtful detail. **Environment**: Extremely luxurious, hard to describe – just look at the pictures! 😄 **Service**: Excellent, the included tickets exceeded my expectations. **Facilities**: Very luxurious, the best I've encountered in a hotel.

The architecture is very unique. We stayed on the 15th floor, and the view was lovely. The room was super clean and tidy, and my family had a great time. It's right next to the Ocean Park and the Happy Snowfield Ski Resort. The night view was beautiful. Five-star rating!

Booked through Trip.com and got a free room upgrade. While others were still waiting for their rooms, we had a quick check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, with a double bathroom setup. The main bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, complete with bath salts, a disposable tub liner, and a loofah. Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options. There were a lot of guests staying, and the swimming pool was also great, with a comfortable temperature.

We were very satisfied with the room; it was clean and hygienic. The hotel is located near an amusement park, so there were many families with children, which made breakfast quite lively. It's also very close to Metro Line 3, just a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to get to Yuelu Mountain and the University City.

The front desk service was excellent. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel helped us arrange an early check-in and room cleaning. They even upgraded our room type. There was a minor issue at first, but the front desk quickly resolved it. After checking out, the front desk thoughtfully offered us drinks and a small gift for our child. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. In the lobby, staff were even blowing balloons for guests. The hotel's shuttle service to and from Ocean Park was also very convenient. It's a great choice for a family vacation.

Extremely satisfied! I can't believe I got such a great deal on a hotel with Happy Ocean Park tickets during the National Day holiday. The room was super comfortable, and I particularly loved the design of the bathroom area—the large bathtub was absolutely luxurious. In the evening, I even went to the indoor pool to practice my newly learned swimming skills, which was also a fantastic experience.

This was the best value-for-money stay during the October holiday! I was already happy with my pre-booked king room, but then I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite. The little one absolutely loved it, running around excitedly the moment we entered the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, clean, tidy, and spacious. There's also both a Chinese and Western restaurant, so no worries about the kids not finding something to eat. We also bought the ocean park package, which gave us unlimited two-day access to the marine park, and the little one had an absolute blast!

Our stay included complimentary tickets to attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel service was excellent, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. For families traveling with children, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the scenic area. It's a great choice for accommodation when visiting Dawang Mountain.
