The location and surroundings are quite good, but there were a lot of small spiders in the hotel room.

This hotel was a real gem, especially since I checked in at 3 AM! The front desk staff, Ms. Tang Miao, was incredibly thoughtful; she guided me to my room, explained everything, and even gave me a lovely souvenir plushie. It really added a special touch to my trip.

The hotel decor feels a bit outdated, so refurbishment is recommended. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing because the swimming pool is one of the reasons to attract us to book this hotel. The centralized air conditioning made the room very hot, though staff provided a portable fan when we asked. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Overall, it is an average experience for me to stay.

Great for families, and the fruit was delicious and a huge portion! Butler Xiao Zhou and Xiao Tan were both excellent, and the room was cleaned very well. The hotel's location is also superb, making it easy to get around.

Changsha in winter has a unique charm! Yuelu Mountain is tranquil, Orange Isle is vast, and Du Fu's River Pavilion, lit up at night, adds an extra touch of poetry. A steaming bowl of street-side rice noodles is the warmest comfort on a winter day. A special thanks to Xiao Tang from the hotel; from his warm greetings to preparing hot drinks in advance, his thoughtful service was like a winter sun, making the trip warm and reassuring.

The front desk lady saw that we had a child and immediately upgraded us to a family suite. The facilities inside were excellent and very complete, there was even a special play area for babies, which was absolutely fantastic!

This stay far exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and commercial area, making dining and shopping effortless. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in quickly. They even thoughtfully provided information on local attractions, offering attentive yet unobtrusive service. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise; the floors, bathroom, and even the nooks and crannies were spotless and odorless. The bedding was soft and fluffy, the mattress just right, and the excellent soundproofing meant I heard no noise from the hallway or street at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The room facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, the lighting was soft, and the toiletries were of good quality. The housekeeping staff were always quiet when entering and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold dishes, fruits, and beverages, all tasting fresh and non-greasy. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the value for money was outstanding. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to everyone!

A very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel service was excellent. A week before our arrival, a concierge called to confirm our check-in time and asked if we needed any children's amenities since we were traveling with my son. We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was fully equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a large refrigerator (which was clean and odorless), and a washing machine. There were two bathrooms, not huge, but perfectly adequate. The master suite bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and the water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel is relatively close to bustling areas like Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), about a twenty-minute drive. Those with good stamina could even walk. However, due to the hot weather, we mostly took taxis, which were inexpensive, usually around ten to twenty RMB to popular attractions. For Orange Isle, taxis have restrictions, so we opted for the subway. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Furong Square Metro Station. From there, it's just 3 stops on Line 2 to Orange Isle Metro Station, and the attraction entrance is right outside, which was very convenient. During our four-day stay, the front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming, always greeting guests warmly whenever they saw them.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

The service was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. The soundproofing in the rooms is superb, making it perfect for business travelers who are sensitive to noise. Guests can also use all the facilities at the neighboring Sheraton Hotel, including the gym and swimming pool, which made for a great stay.
