入住前台小姐姐很漂亮，笑眯眯的，還幫我們做了房型升級，已經住了好幾次了，之前一直住的B棟，這次換成A棟，開始不知道在哪邊，小姐姐很熱情發了路線圖，一眼明瞭，進房確實很驚喜，卧室跟客廳區域是分開的，是居家型的房間，像住在自己家裡，特別放鬆，對房間住的很滿意，床很大，我們住的雙床，一張都差不多一米八大小，就是如果可以延遲到兩點退房就非常完美了哈哈哈

來長沙幾次了，前面兩次感覺都很好，這次感覺不太好。這個酒店我是第二次訂了，因為第一次訂的時候性價比感覺很高，這次因為是暑假漲了幾十塊。其次，我們的高鐵十點半才到，所以為了確認我下午六點就提前打電話説明情況了，沒想到去到酒店入住後房間悶熱難耐，空調已經開到18度了，房間還是熱的要命，我衹好給寶寶換衣服，自己也換了一套衣服，然後把換下的衣服丟進洗衣機洗。但即便換了衣服，空調還是沒有作用，七個月大的寶寶熱得一直再哭。然後我就聯繫前台，大概12點左右多吧，前台來了一個小同志幫我看了一下空調，弄了十分鐘左右還是感覺弄不好，此時我家寶寶一直尖叫，我心疼得要命，但是前台這個小同志竟然説要找物業，我當時快氣昏過去了。我看了一下手機已經快凌晨12點半，等到物業來，再修估計我和寶寶都不用睡覺了。我很生氣，我指責他説站在必須先給我解決問題，寶寶熱得哭得受不了了。然後他就回前台了。還好沒過多久説向其他酒店借到一個loft房間，讓我們去前台辦理。這時，我去拿洗衣機的衣服，洗衣機怎麼也打不開，無奈衹好放棄打開洗衣機，先去前台。但是抱着寶寶，拖着箱子凌晨從c棟換到b棟還是很不方便，在我表達不方便後，前台也沒有提供幫助，還説loft房間有四間（意思是我得了大便宜），天知道我拿四間房幹嘛？將近凌晨一點半終於弄好了，給寶寶洗完澡再哄睡覺已經兩點多了。
在此，有兩個建議：
1.如果因為是酒店設施出了問題，應當立馬換房間，以最快的速度彌補客户的損失。而不是打擾客户的時間來修，還要找物業。
2.既然是服務業，就應該提高服務的意識，看到不太方便的旅客應該毫不猶豫地幫忙，這樣才能提升一個酒店的温度，也才能提升一個城市的温度。在這一點上隔壁奕橙loft民宿就要好很多，房東姐姐都會及時解答我的問題，即便我已經不在長沙了。
但好在酒店前台也一直積極的在解決問題，最後也借了其他酒店的房間讓我們住過去，這一點還是值得肯定的。
最後，祝福長沙越來越好，也祝福每一個到長沙遊玩的朋友都能不虛此行！
