It takes a long time to drag luggage around and take the elevator to get to the room. The room facilities are outdated. Although the suite space booked is quite large, it is understandable. It is indeed very old. The bathroom design is also unreasonable. The floor drain is high and the door is low. It is difficult to take a shower. Water is stored directly. In addition, the price was also increased secretly. The price I saw when booking was increased when I was about to place the order. I took the screenshot. The room design has no socket on one side of the bedside for charging, making charging inconvenient. There are also spiders on the lamps on the bedside table, so I took a picture. The service was very poor. They didn't tell me that I had booked a double breakfast. I asked the next day and told them that I had to wait for a long time in the elevator to have breakfast. They were first told to go to the fourth floor below, and then they told me that there was a seat on the eighth floor. I wanted to go with my children. There is no laundry room at all, only paid services.

The environment is okay, quite average. It doesn't feel like the standard of a five-star hotel. It's an apartment building next to the hotel and the attitude of the waiters is not great. The deluxe double bed was upgraded for free. The room is quite large, with a living room, a sofa, and a balcony. The bathtub in the bathroom is also very big, the facilities are a bit outdated, but the price/performance ratio is really high, the subway is just outside the door, and the Fire Palace is on the fourth floor! I don't know for the first time, but I must live in the main building next time!

Front desk service is quite satisfactory, slightly understaffed. Security work is more responsible. The restaurant on the fourth floor made a missed reservation for dinner, resulting in no table for guests after booking, and the front desk manager on duty properly coordinated. In the breakfast room on the eighth floor, ten-year-old children are charged full adult price. At 8:30 in the morning, there is a serious shortage of food. There is no milk, no fruit, no staple food, no steamed products, and no bowls for porridge... Paying for a five-star breakfast, you get a service that is not as good as that of an express hotel!
