優點:
1.設施完備、熱水充足、房間乾淨整潔。乾濕分離，有空調、洗衣機。
2.最近的地鐵站是烈士公園站，走過來大概需要15-20分鐘，不是特別遠。
3.在商場旁邊寫字樓裏，（有一丟丟不太好找。先進入商場看到喜茶，下-1，進寫字樓公寓的電梯。）但是環境是蠻熱鬧的，商場美食、購物都能滿足。
4.老闆服務態度特別好！找不到親自來接，不需要按金直接退房。
缺點：
1.隔音有一丟丟差，類似走廊上重的關門聲還是比較明顯。
2.空調機噪音也有一點點大。
3.卧室燈光不能在床頭關閉，在牆壁上，不是特別方便。
總結：性價比超高！！！會添加進收藏酒店，以後來長沙還會光顧，也會推薦朋友來入住！！

距離五一廣場不算遠，下樓就是商場，還有茶顏悦色，房間還有洗衣機，wifi，電視可以投屏，空調也很暖和，樓下康師傅牛肉麪超級好吃，點贊
