Ok for this price. The staff is very helpful. The bed is comfortable. Trip.com shall also write hotel name or/and address in Chinese, can't find by English name on Baidu map. Security isn't ok, there were name card of *********** in the corridor and even glided under my room door, in the morning. Looks like local police has a lot of room for improvement, because seriously how it's possible not to shut them down when everyone knows their phone numbers? The WiFi router lights are too bright, can't cover it because it simply hangs, the only way is to plug it out.

It is near Cheung Sha South High speed rail station. It's about 10 minutes walk. The hotel decoration is new. A shopping mall is near the hotel. A supermarket, restaurants and dessert shops are in the shopping mall.

Very friendly receptionists, free pick up from train station and also help us to call taxi to airport early in 4am

Hotel were located very near to Changsha South Railway station, about 15-20 mins walk and could be seen right from the main entrance. There were a few blocks of similar hotels around the traffic junction. With a big shopping mall behind it. Metro entrance was just about 700m away. Good choice if you were to catch the 6am high speed train to Zhangjiajie. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to the higher floor and were given a box with tangerine oranges, cherry tomatoes and some snacks. Room looked quite new and clean.. Overall quite comfy.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and just 5 mins walk from metro to visit most attractions. Breakfast is average, easily made up for by the free transfer between Changsha South Station.

Hotel is within walking distance from Changsha south station and is also a short distance away from a mall ( 吾悦广场）. Conveniently located. Check in was fast and easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly. There was ‘welcoming fruits’ too upon check in. Also available at the lobby was hot tea. Month of December is cold and the hot tea is definitely appreciated. Rooms were clean and nice and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and the selection I would say not too bad. Would consider the hotel again if I visit Changsha in future.

Good location hotel near to train station (Ping Yang) about 400m away and near to big shopping mall also 300m away. The only set back is the clogged toilet bowl, the hotel no smell of smoke, but the public toilet (male) at 2nd floor with people smoking inside. Hotel reception has a paper strips guide (in chinese) that allows the tourist to follow, but it would be good if there is english version, easier for oversea tourist to read. Overall a good hotel to stay with taxi available outside who willing to take you to the nearest bullet train station.

Love the cleanliness and facilities provided for the room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices of Chinese and Western food. Only short walk to metro station.

The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Modern technology room amenities at every point But the lighting is quite difficult to use. Even though the room is prohibited from smoking. But it still smells like cigarettes. There is also an ashtray placed for you.

Hotel room is clean. Service is not great and the amenities are pretty bare. It was a completely fine place to stay for one night before taking the high speed rail (which is less than 5 minutes away)
