Had a fantastic business trip stay, five-star recommendation! The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. The smart room features are complete, and the Xiaodu voice control is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. It's perfect for both business travel and tourism. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha! BTW: Front desk ladies #10 and #3 had really nice service attitudes, excellent!

This hotel is perfect for business trips. It's easy to find and great for commuting. The room even has a desk, which is very convenient for business travelers like me. The staff are polite, enthusiastic, and efficient. Getting an invoice was quick and easy. This is definitely my top choice for business travel.

Check-in at the hotel front desk was great. We stayed for a total of three nights, and the front desk staff, especially employee #11, was very warm and attentive. The service at Hotel 10 was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and they even upgraded us. We originally booked a corner room, but the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a clean and tidy buffet with both Chinese and Western options. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I highly recommend it; the room type was perfect and I was very satisfied.
