The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room amenities were well-stocked, and they even gave us a free room upgrade! The hotel's location is fantastic, right above a bustling commercial street with super convenient transportation. I'm definitely considering staying here again! The only downside was the guests next door. They had a loud argument from 6 AM until past 10 AM. The noise was so bad that even earplugs couldn't block it out, seriously disturbing other guests and ruining our sleep. 😞

The handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic and have an amazing attitude. They always address our needs and questions promptly. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and the room hygiene is spotless, which is simply fantastic. What's even better is that the Huangguang Plaza subway station is just a right turn from the exit. Plus, there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the projector delivers super clear visuals. They even offer free laundry and drying services. From 8 PM to 10 PM, there's even a bowl of congee available; we just need to scan the QR code nearby, and someone will deliver it to us. It's truly excellent, mainly because it's just so great!

The hotel facilities are complete, very new, and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and always address any requests promptly. My switch from a twin room to a king room was also handled very smoothly. The location is excellent, making travel super convenient, and the surrounding area is also very well-equipped. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Seriously, it was superb.
